As a dropshipping store, we work with trusted suppliers who ship products directly to our customers. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products once an order has been delivered and accepted.

Open Parcel at Delivery

To ensure your satisfaction, we offer an Open Parcel on Delivery service whenever available. We strongly encourage you to open and inspect your package in the presence of the delivery rider before accepting it.

Please verify that:

  • You received the correct product.

  • The product is not damaged or defective.

  • The item matches your order.

Once the order has been accepted by the customer after inspection, it will be considered delivered in satisfactory condition.

Before You Purchase

Please make sure to:

  • Read the product description carefully.

  • Review product specifications and images.

  • Check sizing or dimensions where applicable.

  • Contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We encourage all customers to open and inspect their order in the presence of the delivery rider before accepting the parcel.

If the product is found to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, please do not accept the delivery. Inform the delivery rider immediately and return the parcel on the spot.

If you experience any issues during this process, please contact Fariva Care as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product (if available). Our team will work with the shipping partner and supplier to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Received Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team. We will assist you in tracking your shipment and investigating the issue with the shipping carrier.
